CMG Sports Club

I needed a proper gym in my game, so I decided to build one and share with you all as well. This lot is a part of my industrial neighborhood in Oasis Springs, the first lot ‘Old Factory’ can be found here, you can see it on the background on the first picture as well. I am planning to release more lots in the same style as well =)

How to install:
- Extract files and place it’s contents (8 files) into ‘Tray’ folder [My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray]
- Make sure that to toggle ‘Include Custom Content’ in the gallery under advanced options
- Place lot in Build Mode, make sure that ‘bb.moveobjects’ cheat is on
