Country Club

As I mentioned before, I’m trying to keep my new save more friendly to EA surroundings, so this is my first attempt to build something more rural looking. The Country Club comes with 4 areas: restaurant, lounge room with fireplace and TV, music room, gambling lounge. There’s also a small kitchen near the bar area in case you want to throw a party there.

Lot size: 30x20

- Requires all EP’s and SP’s up to the Cool Kitchen Stuff.

Note: There’s a few more deco food items on the tables, but since they come from completely different sets I can’t find them all, so you’ll have to clutter up dinning tables yourself if you want.

How to install:
- Extract files and place it’s contents (7 files) into ‘Tray’ folder [My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray]
- Make sure that to toggle ‘Include Custom Content’ in the gallery under advanced options
- Place lot in Build Mode, make sure that ‘bb.moveobjects’ cheat is on
